Welcome to the 23rd International Congress of Vexillology, hosted in Yokohama, Japan. The Congress will be organized by the Japanese Vexillological Association and will occur from July 12th until July 17th, 2009. The location of the Congress will be the Yokohama City Port-Opening Memorial Hall.
